Support for Node 16 LTS is ending on 11 September 2023. Any application hosted on Azure Logic Apps that relies on this version will not be supported and must be upgraded to Node 18 LTS by 11 September 2023.

Retirement of SQL Server Native Client (SNAC) OLE DB provider for linked servers in Azure SQL Managed Instance
Target retirement date: June 01, 2023
All existing linked server objects configured to use SQLNCLI will automatically switch to using the fully compatible third (current) generation of provider – known as Microsoft OLE DB Driver for SQL Server or MSOLEDBSQL.
