The unique identifier for your Azure billing account has changed
Your billing account’s unique identifier, which is used to identify your billing relationship with Microsoft, has changed. This change only affects accounts under the Microsoft Customer Agreement with Microsoft—it doesn’t impact other agreements like Enterprise Agreement.
Azure API Management update—October 2019, #2
A regular Azure API Management service update started on October 25, 2019, and included the following new features, bug fixes, changes, and improvements. We deploy updates gradually and it takes over a week for every active API Management service instance to receive them.
Azure Monitor's Service Map is now available in South Central US, West US, Central US, North Central US, East Asia, and Central India
The Service Map feature of Azure Monitor is now available in South Central US, West US, Central US, North Central US, East Asia, and Central India, so it's now available in eighteen public regions around the world.

Update 19.10 for Azure Sphere public preview now available for evaluation
The Azure Sphere public preview 19.10 quality release is now available via the retail evaluation feed. The retail evaluation is meant for backwards compatibility testing. Use the retail evaluation feed to verify production-signed applications against the new release before we deploy it broadly on the retail feed.

Azure Monitor meter name changes
Effective December 1, 2019, the meter names of Azure Monitor custom metrics will change.
Batch API for Blob Storage
Batch API for Azure Blob Storage preview simplifies development of your applications that make several concurrent API requests to Blob storage. Batch API reduces the number of connections a client has to open, manage and distribute the requests to by allowing multiple API calls to be embedded into a single HTTP request. Currently the API supports two types of sub-requests: SetBlobTier for Block Blobs and DeleteBlob, with more requests to follow. This API is available starting version 2018-11-09.
Virtual Machines Dav3 Eav3 meter name changes
Starting December 1, 2019, some meter names of the Virtual Machines Eav3/Easv3 and Dav3/Dasv3 series will change.
Process Automation Watcher meter ID changes
Starting December 1, 2019, the meter IDs for Process Automation Watcher will change.
VNet Gateway meter name changes
Effective December 1, 2019, the meter names of VNet Gateway standard, high performance, and ultra high performance will change. There won't be a pricing impact from this change, but you will need to modify billing routines that rely on names.
