Limited public preview: Premium blobs in the Azure portal

You can now create and manage premium blob storage accounts right from the Azure portal. During the preview, premium blob storage will be available in the US East 2, US Central, and US West regions. You can find more information about this feature, along with details on how to sign up for it, from Announcement: Introducing Azure Premium Blob Storage (limited public preview).
After you’ve signed-up for premium blobs preview, you can create a premium blob account from https://portal.azure.com/#create/Microsoft.StorageAccount-ARM.
