Application Gateway Autoscaling in preview
Azure Application Gateway is an application delivery controller-as-a-service offering that provides layer 7 load balancing, security, and web application firewall functionality. Autoscaling functionality is available in preview as part of the new zone redundant SKU in all public Azure regions.

Azure networking available only in the Azure portal from October 4
Azure Networking features will be available only in the Azure portal from October 4th, 2017. Networking related feature support from the classic Portal will be deprecated starting October 4th.
