Azure API Management update—September 2019
A regular Azure API Management service update was started on September 23, 2019, that included the following bug fixes, changes, and new features, along with other improvements. Please note that we deploy updates gradually and it takes over a week for every active API Management service instance to receive them.
Azure Monitor for Azure Virtual Machines is now available in additional regions
Azure Monitor for Azure Virtual Machines is now available in Japan East, North Europe, and East US2.
Azure Advisor alerts are now in preview

Azure Analysis Services diagnostic logging improvements for scale-out
Target availability: Q3 2019
Get targeted log analysis with improvements to the Diagnostic Logs extension of Azure Analysis Services. Diagnostic Logs now allow you to access and break out server metrics for each query replica with the scale-out feature.
