Azure DevOps - 稽核記錄中現已提供發行和管線事件

在 Azure DevOps 的 Sprint 163 更新中，已將發行和管線事件新增至稽核記錄。此外，服務連線現可用來參考 YAML 管線中其他組織的存放庫。
