Cost optimization enhancements now available in Azure Advisor

Azure Advisor now features the following enhancements to its best practice recommendations to help you cost optimize your Azure resources:
- New right-size recommendations for underutilized MariaDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL database server resources (learn more).
- New reserved instances recommendations for several resource types - Cosmos DB, SQL PaaS, Blob storage, App Service Stamp Fee, MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Synapse analytics (learn more).
- Data for CPU, memory and network utilization numbers (P95 number based on 7 days of data) is now available via Advisor API and Advisor in Azure resource graph.
