Azure Stack HCI
Run your production workloads anywhere on hybrid, familiar hyperconverged infrastructure
Flexible HCI delivered as an Azure hybrid service
Azure Stack HCI is a new hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) operating system delivered as an Azure service. It provides the latest security, performance, and hybrid capabilities, which now include Azure Arc enablement and new management scenarios through the Azure portal. Get robust host security with Secured-core server, improve performance for machine learning models with GPU enablement, and maximize performance of virtual desktop infrastructure. Gain more efficient use of your storage resource with the new thin provisioning feature. Deploy and run Windows and Linux virtual machines (VMs) in your datacenter or at the edge using your existing tools, processes, and skillsets. Extend your datacenter to the cloud with Azure Backup, Azure Monitor, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
Modernize infrastructure, consolidate virtualized workloads, and increase efficiency
An updated report with the latest Intel CPU data is now available. Learn about infrastructure modernization and the business value and performance benefits of Azure Stack HCI with guidance from third-party analyst firm Enterprise Strategy Group (ESG).
Azure hybrid by design
Extend your datacenter to the cloud and manage Azure Stack HCI hosts, virtual machines (VMs), and Azure resources side by side in the Azure portal. The latest feature release offers the ability to monitor multiple clusters, manage extensions and Azure Policies, and use self-service VMs with every node now Azure Arc–enabled. Make your infrastructure hybrid by seamlessly connecting it to Azure services such as Azure Backup, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and Azure Site Recovery. Get regular and consistent feature and security updates with unified billing by purchasing an Azure Stack HCI subscription to use with either your Premier or Azure support plan. Use Windows Server and Hyper-V skills to reduce time to value.
Enterprise scale and great price performance
Get hyperconverged infrastructure modernization, consolidate virtualized workloads, and gain cloud efficiencies on premises. Take advantage of software-defined compute, storage, and networking on a broad range of form factors and brands. With the latest feature update, get powerful host protection with Secured-core server, thin provisioning, and intent-driven networking. Optimize your costs based on your needs with a flexible per-core subscription. Get Windows Server 2008/R2, SQL Server 2008/R2, Windows Server 2012/R2, and SQL Server 2012 extended security updates at no extra cost when migrating to Azure Stack HCI.
