Migrating to the Az.ApiManagement PowerShell module

The new Azure PowerShell "Az" module has been released. As a result, we are deprecating the AzureRM.ApiManagement module. There will be no new development into AzureRM.ApiManagement. All new changes will go to the new Az.ApiManagement module.
In addition, we have removed a number of old cmdlets in the new Az.ApiManagement module. For details, see this documentation.
If you are using the old module, we suggest that you migrate to the new module at your earliest convenience.
