Azure Purview now supports Private Endpoints in public preview

Azure Purview now supports private endpoints allowing clients and users on a private network to securely access the catalog over a Private Link. Azure Purview also supports scanning sources in private networks or Vnets, both on-premises and in Azure, using a self-hosted IR and ingestion private endpoints over a Private Link, ensuring end-to-end network isolation.
