Azure SQL—Public preview updates for mid-March 2022
In mid-March 2022, the following updates and enhancements were made to Azure SQL:
- The link feature for Azure SQL Managed Instance reimagines the connection and near real-time database replication between SQL Server and SQL Managed Instance.
- Send advance notifications up to 24 hours before planned events with Azure SQL Managed instance.
- Exchange Service Broker messages between Azure SQL Managed Instance and SQL Server anywhere.
- Perform import and export using private endpoints in Azure SQL Database.
