General availability: 6 new Locales added to Speech service to support speech transcription

Speech, an Azure Cognitive Service added 6 new locales for its Speech to Text functionality. As a result, speech transcription can now occur on the following:
- Arabic (Algeria)
- Arabic (Libya)
- Arabic (Morocco)
- Arabic (Tunisia)
- Arabic (Yemen)
- Hebrew (Israel)
With this latest round of locale additions, Speech service can now transcribe 100 total languages and locales. Visit our full list of supported languages here, and note we are still working to add more languages & locales.
