Application Insights multistep web tests GUID migration

Detect and diagnose issues and understand your web app usage with Azure Application Insights, an extensible application performance management (APM) service. Set up multistep web tests to continuously monitor the response and availability of your web app.
Effective August 1, 2018, we’re making a change that will allow web tests to be paid with MSDN credits. This change will affect the GUID.
