Connectors are available with all Logic Apps SKUs or as a standalone capability for scenarios that require connectors without Logic Apps workflows.
Connector billing is based on the number of calls, whether connectors are used with Logic Apps or as a standalone capability. The number of calls may differ from the number of action executions. See the Logic Apps pricing guide or standalone Connectors pricing guide for details.
