Enterprise administrators can view reserved instances in the Azure portal

As an Enterprise Agreement administrator, you can now see Azure reserved instances purchased in your enrollment by going to the Azure portal.
To view reservation transactions, go to Cost Management + Billing > Billing accounts. Reservation transaction history is available only to enterprise administrators (not available to department or account administrators).
