General availability: Two new Azure regions

Two new Azure regions are generally available to customers in the United States and across the globe: West US 2 and West Central US. The two new cloud regions will receive the same industry-leading levels of security, privacy and control, compliance, and transparency. This includes data replication in multiple locations within the US for business continuity.
