Akamai Standard supports geo-filtering

You can now restrict access to your content, by country, for your Akamai profiles directly through the Azure portal. You can find it by selecting your profile and your endpoint in the portal, and finding Geo-Filtering in the left navigation panel.
The Verizon Standard and Premium profiles will still use the alternative management portal for now.
