Azure Cosmos DB—command-line interface support extended

Azure Cosmos DB has new command-line interface (CLI) commands for create, read, update, and delete operations on databases and collections, as well as scaling container throughput. Reference pages for all Azure Cosmos DB CLI commands are available in the Azure CLI 2.0 Reference.
