Generally available: Action groups can now be saved and processed within Europe

Action groups can now be saved in the following European regions (in addition to the default “global” region):
- Sweden Central
- Germany West Central
This capability is available when defining an action group. Choosing to save the action group in a region ensures that the action group metadata and its processing remains within Europe.
