Open Active Directory
Log in to your existing Azure subscription or start a free trial. From the Microsoft Azure classic portal, click Active Directory to see a list of your directories.
Pick a directory
Double-click the directory you want to use for the trial, then click Licenses. (You can also click New to create a new directory—each subscription supports up to 20.)
Activate the trial
Click Try Azure Active Directory Premium Now, then confirm that you agree with the Microsoft Azure Agreement and Privacy Statement.
Confirm your licenses
You should now have 100 Azure Active Directory Premium licenses, each good for 30 days during the trial period.
Assign your licenses
Click Assign to start allocating Premium licenses to users—including yourself if you’re an administrator. Administrators need a license to access Azure Active Directory Premium features.
