New Azure extensions for Visual Studio Code

 Two new extensions for Visual Studio Code are now available that make it easier to work with Azure:

• Use the new Azure Virtual Machines extension to quickly create Linux Ubuntu Virtual Machines (VMs) on Azure with pre-configured SSH access. In addition to connecting to those VMs via SSH, you can also use the Remote-SSH extension to connect and use your VMs for remote development with Visual Studio Code.
• Use the new Azure Resource Groups extension to explore all of your Azure resources without leaving Visual Studio Code. Quickly navigate to a resource in the Azure view for more specific actions (such as deploy, stop/start).
