Azure StorSimple 5000/7000 series will no longer be supported starting July 9, 2019

Your feedback has resulted in an improved StorSimple platform and a broader set of solutions for hybrid cloud storage in Azure. The solutions offer improved capabilities, full integration with Azure Storage, and technical support. Due to these changes, support for StorSimple 5000/7000 series devices will end July 9, 2019.
Beginning July 9, 2019, the following will no longer be available:
- Replacement parts and repair services for StorSimple 5000/7000 hardware. However, your data will still be accessible.
- Software updates for StorSimple 5000/7000 devices.
- Customer support resources (phone, email, web).
Recommended action
To avoid service disruptions, retire your StorSimple 5000/7000 series devices and migrate as soon as possible to an alternative solution:
- Visit the migration page for the StorSimple 5000/7000 series to review your options and begin your migration.
Upgrade to the StorSimple 8000 series, migrate to Azure File Sync, or migrate to another third party option on Azure.
