General availability: Move MariaDB servers to new resource groups and subscriptions

You can now move existing Azure Database for MariaDB servers to either a new subscription or a new resource group in the same subscription. This functionality gives you the flexibility to manage MariaDB resources by using different resource groups and subscriptions.
