Azure Block Blob Storage pricing changed to 4 decimals

To add precision to our pricing, we're changing storage pricing from 3 decimals to 4. The change to our pricing will take effect on September 1, 2014. As a result of this change, you may see either a slight increase or decrease in charges to your Azure Block Blob Storage. For more information, visit the Storage page.
