Batch send notifications to device tokens using Notification Hubs

We're excited to announce the Batch Direct Send feature for Azure Notification Hubs customers at the Basic and Standard tiers. This is a batch version of the previously published Direct Send feature, which enables the sending of notifications to individual device tokens and channel URIs. 

Because this feature doesn't require devices to be registered with Notification Hubs, customers can use their hubs as scalable push engines at their convenience. This simplifies custom device storage and migration scenarios.
