Azure SQL: Public preview updates for early June 2021

In early June 2021, the following updates and enhancements were made to Azure SQL:
- Track and record changes in your Azure SQL Databases through Change Data Capture.
- Stay compliant with regulatory requirements for data residency with backup storage redundancy for Azure SQL Database.
- Shape query performance and behavior without having to directly modify an application’s original T-SQL code with Query Store hint support for Azure SQL.
