GraphQL APIs are a modern protocol based on HTTP that enables developers to build more responsive web and mobile applications. With Synthetic GraphQL, customers can create GraphQL APIs using their existing REST and SOAP APIs, allowing them to modernize their application API stack with minimal effort.
API developers can leverage their existing REST and SOAP APIs as a data source to establish a GraphQL API. This enables customers to modernize their API infrastructure without losing their significant investment in API development.
Synthetic GraphQL is available in all dedicated SKUs for Azure API Management, and is priced per GraphQL operation in the consumption SKU.
