Azure Network Watcher enabled by default for subscriptions that contain virtual networks

Azure Network Watcher provides tools to monitor, diagnose, view metrics, and enable or disable logs for resources in an Azure virtual network.
Starting today, we’re rolling out changes to enable Network Watcher by default for subscriptions that contain a virtual network. There is no impact to your resources or associated charge for automatically enabling Network Watcher. This will simplify and improve your network troubleshooting experience.
