AI Services Anomaly Detector will be retired on 1 October 2026

You’re receiving this email because you’re currently using AI Services Anomaly Detector. 

 

On 1 October 2026 AI Services Anomaly Detector will be retired. From now through 1 October 2026, you can continue to use your existing AI Services Anomaly Detector resources. 

 

After 1 October 2026 you’ll no longer be able to use AI Services Anomaly Detector with your applications. You’ll be able to continue using existing resources until the retirement date of 1 October 2026.

If you have a support plan and you need technical help, create a support request

  1. For Issue type, select Technical

  1. For Subscription, select your subscription. 

  1. For Service, select My services, then select Cognitive Services

  1. Select the Azure resource that you are creating a support request for.  

  1. For Summary, type a description of your issue.  

  1. For Problem type, select Availability

  1. For problem subtype, select Service Unavailable
