Retiring support for PHP 5.4

We'll retire support for PHP 5.4 in October 2016. If you have an application deployed to Azure App Service that's using PHP 5.4, you have two options:
- Upgrade to PHP 5.6.
- Use a custom PHP runtime.
We originally announced the retirement of PHP 5.4 in May and have followed up with email communication to customers who are using PHP web applications. For more information on how to migrate your application from PHP 5.4 to another version, review the migration guides on the PHP website.
