QnA Maker now supports multi-turn dialogs. So you can create a bot that can troubleshoot with a series of questions or multiple dialog turns.  Additionally, the process of deploying your bot has been simplified. So not only can you now create a multi-turn Q&A service in minutes, but you can now deploy it to supported channels like Teams, Skype or Slack in minutes as well.
