Public Preview: Azure Monitor Logs improved table-level RBAC

Azure Monitor Logs has advanced RBAC options to allow you to handle sensitive logs in complex environments.
Table-level access allows you to let specific people read data only from a specific set of tables. It applies both for workspace-context and resource-context. The new method works by assigning permissions to the table sub-resource under the workspace resource. It allows granular RBAC also for custom log tables and using standard Azure RBAC tools. The new method will be available side-by-side to the legacy method that used table-specific actions.
