Preview of performance recommendations for Azure Database for PostgreSQL

Azure Database for PostgreSQL can learn and adapt to your workloads. The preview release of performance recommendations provides a list of recommendations for creating new indexes to potentially improve the performance of your workloads. Opt-in to implement these recommendations by using the SQL command provided with each listed recommendation.
