Java Azure Functions support on Linux is now generally available

Building Azure Functions applications with Java 8 and Java 11 on Linux hosting is now generally available on our Premium, Dedicated, and Consumption plans. This enables bringing Java container workloads to Azure Functions and Kubernetes with Kubernetes Event-driven Autoscaling (KEDA).
