Generally available: Azure IoT Edge supports Ubuntu Server 20.04 and ARM64

Azure IoT Edge's set of Tier 1 operating systems has been expanded to include Ubuntu Server 20.04 on AMD64 and ARM64. Official installation packages targeting AMD64 and ARM64 for both of the latest IoT Edge releases (1.1.9 and 1.2.7) are now available from Microsoft's package repository.
