Azure DevTest Labs—Browser connect now generally available

Published date: January 09, 2020

Azure DevTest Labs recently released integration with Azure Bastion, enabling you to connect to your lab virtual machines through a web browser

At Ignite 2019, Microsoft announced the general availability of Azure Bastion, a fully managed platform-as-a-service (PaaS) service that provides more secure and seamless RDP and SSH access to virtual machines directly through the Azure portal. Previously available in preview, Azure Bastion is now generally available in six Azure regions—West US, East US, West Europe, South Central US, Australia East, and Japan East.

With this update, the browser connect feature within labs is also generally available in those regions.
