Azure Container Registry content trust is now available

Verifying both the source and the integrity of data entering the system is important to any distributed system designed with security in mind. With Container Registry content trust, image publishers can sign their container images and image consumers can verify their integrity. Container Registry supports both by implementing Docker's content trust model.
