Azure Bot Service and Bot Framework updates for Build 2020

At Build, we had a few announcements across Bot Framework and Azure Bot Service.
Bot Framework announcements include: General Availability of Bot Framework Composer (download here)- a central environment that brings together the key components for chatbot development- including Language Understanding, QnA Maker and Language Generation. Additionally, Composer makes it even simpler to build Bot Framework Skills, so you can build specialized bots that are pluggable components to extend one parent bot. Finally, We also announced a new Bot Framework SDK V4.9 that make it even easier to build conversational AI experiences- especially for Teams.
For Azure Bot Service, we have simplified the effort required to supporthuman hand-off scenarios by integrating with popular customer service channels like LivePerson and Dynamics Omnichannel. Additionally, we have added a new Alexa channel available in preview, making it even easier to deploy your chatbots to where your customers are.
