Content Understanding is billed by the amount of content analyzed. The unit of content depends on the modality. Document modality analyzes the content per page as determined by the document pagination. A page is limited to 3K characters for non-paginated documents. Image modality analyzes the content per image file. Audio and Video modalities analyze the content per hour (billed per minute).
