  • We provide technical support for all Azure services released to general availability through Azure Support, starting at $29/month. Billing and subscription management support is provided at no cost.
  • We guarantee at least 99.9% availability of the Azure Stack Edge services. Availability is calculated over a monthly billing cycle.

FAQ

  • The subscription fee covers the use of an Azure Stack Edge, plus unlimited compute on the device (bring your own license). Usage will be charged on a daily basis for as long as you have the device.

    Shipping and customs will be charged to you in addition to the subscription fee.

  • There is no official maximum time for keeping an Azure Stack Edge.
