Generalized Azure Compute Gallery custom image support in Update management center

VM Image support for Update management center has expanded with the addition of support for generalized Azure Compute Gallery custom images. This provides customers with the ability to manage updates on Azure VMs created from Azure Compute Gallery images (generalized only for now) using Update management center.
