Refresh 2 release for Azure File Sync preview

The Azure File Sync service in Azure Storage is still in preview. We just released Refresh 2, the final refresh of the service and server agent before general availability (GA). See a full list of improvements.
If you want to take your current deployment seamlessly to the upcoming GA release, be sure to update your server agent to the latest version.
