Frequently asked questions

  •  Azure Multicloud Interconnect allows you to connect your Azure environment with other cloud providers using private network connections, giving you options to run workloads across clouds without compromising performance, flexibility, and resiliency.
  • Azure Multicloud Interconnect works by linking Azure’s private connection (deployed over ExpressRoute) with equivalent services in other clouds in select regions, creating a secure, dedicated network path between cloud environments instead of using the public internet.
  •  Multicloud Interconnect is available in multiple regions depending on where Azure and partner cloud connectivity points exist; you should refer to the official documentation for the current supported regions.
