1A text record in the Standard tier contains up to 1K characters as measured by Unicode code points. If a text input sent into the Azure Health Insights API is more than 1K characters. it counts as one text record for each unit of 1K characters. For instance, if a text input sent to the API contains 7,500 characters, it will count as 8 text records. If a text input sent to the API contains 500 characters, it will count as 1 text record.
2If customer chooses the free tier, then text records for this resource are limited to 5,000 in one month. To enable more than 5,000 text records in one month, you should upgrade to the standard tier.
