Throughout the Technical Previews, we’ve seen tremendous customer and partner excitement around Microsoft Azure Stack.

Over the past few months, we’ve consistently heard from customers and service providers that they see tremendous business value in the hybrid capabilities Azure and Azure Stack can uniquely deliver. Today, I’d like to share more information about how Azure Stack will be delivered.

Organizations are rapidly turning to the cloud to increase business agility and drive faster innovation. Microsoft believes enterprises have to approach cloud as a model – not a place. To translate this model into reality, customers need a consistent cloud platform that spans hybrid environments.

As the cloud evolves, containers are emerging as an attractive way for developers to quickly and efficiently build and deploy these applications at the speed of business.
