Azure Websites integration with HDInsight for weblog analytics

公開日: 1月 29, 2015
All customers who deploy their websites and web apps by using Azure Websites can generate weblogs that track all HTTP transactions and errors in detail. These logs are stored in blobs in Azure Storage as nonrelational files that are semistructured. (Traditionally, semistructured files are harder to analyze unless they’re extracted and transformed into a relational table or database.)Although Hadoop was built for these specific use cases (including the ability to analyze large volumes of nonrelational files), the process isn’t easy to learn. To address this, HDInsight now includes a weblog analytics task in its query console to guide you through the process in a few easy steps. To get started, provision an HDInsight Hadoop cluster in Azure and select Query Console to view the solutions. For more information about Azure Websites, please visit the Websites and Apps page.
