Azure SQL—General availability updates for late November 2022

In late November 2022, the following updates and enhancements were made to Azure SQL: 

• Use transactional replication to replicate data from Azure SQL Managed Instance to tables in remote databases, or vise-versa.
• Use time series capabilities to analyze data that changes over time, using time-windowing, aggregation, and filtering capabilities in SQL Database and SQL Managed Instance.
