General availability: Announcing support for PHP 7.0 in Azure App Service

PHP 7.0 is a major milestone in the PHP Community because it's a significant rewrite to the core of PHP to make the language run the same workloads faster—in many cases three times faster. There's a huge push in the community to update extensions, components, and frameworks to support PHP 7. Another exciting milestone with the PHP 7 release in Azure App Service is that this is the first time we're supporting an x64 runtime for PHP in our public cloud. This will expand our offering to a new set of customers who rely on x64 bits to handle their workloads.
