Azure Backup availability with Resource Manager in Azure Government

Azure Government has revamped Azure Backup capabilities for Azure Government customers. These capabilities include:
- Recovery Services vault that supports both Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery
- Azure Resource Manager VM backup
- Backup of VMs running on Azure Premium Storage
- Backup of encrypted VMs
- Integration of Backup into the VM blade
- Monitoring of on-premises backups through the Azure portal
- Enhanced security features of Azure Backup for protecting cloud backups against ransomware attacks
- VMware backup with Azure Backup server
