Vanaf 1 mei 2019 zorgt Azure Traffic Manager automatisch niet meer voor het inschakelen, uitschakelen en verwijderen van eindpunten voor Azure Cloud Services
Streefdatum afschaffing: mei 01, 2019
Op dit moment kan Azure Traffic Manager automatisch eindpunten inschakelen, uitschakelen en verwijderen bij het starten, stoppen of verwijderen van de bijbehoren de cloudservice. Deze optie wordt op 1 mei 2019 echter buiten gebruik gesteld. U moet eindpunten dan handmatig inschakelen, uitschakelen of verwijderen in Traffic Manager wanneer u een cloudservice start, stopt of verwijdert. Er worden kosten voor eindpunten doorberekend totdat u ze handmatig hebt uitgeschakeld of verwijderd.

Met de verkeersweergave in Azure Traffic Manager hebben klanten nu inzicht in waar hun klantenbestand zich bevindt (tot op het niveau van een lokale DNS-resolver), het volume verkeer wat uit deze regio's afkomstig is en de representatieve latentie die wordt ervaren.
